NOTICE OF RETIREMENT FOR
DR. WILLIAM M. HUDSON, MD, PC

Dear Patients,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the retirement and permanent closure of the office of Dr. William Hudson, MD, PC on August 31st, 2023. Please be assured that my staff and I will do everything we can to make this transition as smooth, and as stress free, as possible .
We will continue to see patients for routine office visits through the end of July 2023. Please note that all appointments after July 31st, 2023 will be cancelled. If you have an urgent medical need please call us. We encourage all patients to obtain a new cardiologist immediately to avoid any disruptions in their healthcare. Patient choice and your insurance coverage should guide your choice of a new doctor. Please do not delay this important task. Additionally, please prepare accordingly for any prescription refills you may need. It is important to have enough medication to last until your visit with your new cardiologist.
OBTAINING YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS:
To ensure access to your medical records we have contracted with a trusted and secure medical record company, Desert River Solutions, to scan and store your records. You can request copies of your record through Desert River beginning August 1st, 2023. Providers and patients may read more about this here (Click Here) After July 31st, 2023 all patient records will be sent to Desert River Solutions to be the custodian of medical records. Beginning August 1th, 2023 please start requesting your medical records from Desert River Solutions.
